Do Kudos deliver a great service?

"The one other thing that we have found working with Kudos is there quick, I wasn't expecting this they've actually been quite good, you send them an email they respond pretty much within a couple of hours at the worst, sometimes it's within minutes if you want something doing they'll turn it around.
