HERE’S HOW…

Your Account Manager and Account Executive are always on hand, via telephone or email. They are your first point of contact for most general enquiries as they are office-based and will engage with other team members as necessary.

Systems & infrastructure implementation or technical projects will always be managed by your Project Consultant and/or Technical Services Manager. They will usually be your first point of contact, upto the “Go Live” phase. But all team members support each other (as well as you!) so use them as necessary.

Your Account Director’s role is to ensure the smooth running of your account. With oversight of all aspects of your projects, they will co-ordinate with other Kudos teams and external partners, provide escalation when required and run the strategic aspects of your account.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

We pride ourselves on our project management. We operate PRINCE2 methodologies and your Project Consultant is instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of exceptional customer service, project management, consultancy and client delivery. We use Zoho Projects to manage all aspects and we provide 24/7 access to you and to any third parties that are involved – so we have nowhere to hide! Planning, planning and more planning – that’s what delivers a successful project!

NEED SUPPORT?

We provide outstanding customer service and operate Zoho Desk to manage customer support enquiries. This enables us to efficiently manage your support requests, whilst tracking, prioritising and resolving customer support tickets. All members of your Account Team are immediately informed when you raise a ticket. Your Account Manager or Account Executive will route the ticket to the relevant person or team within Kudos or to our third party partners, if necessary. Your Account Team will take full responsibility for managing the process through to resolution and closing of your support ticket.

THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT

We are experts at what we do. All our solutions are best-of-breed so we will often partner with third parties who provide best-of-breed services. Examples are The Preference Centre, FastStats and PeopleStage. The software developers of those services are experts at what they do – so you get the best of both worlds – experts in all areas. As part of our service to you, your Account Team will manage our third party partners in an integrated, co-ordinated and efficient way. Kudos provide “frontline” support to you, via our Support Desk. This means that your Account team will receive and manage your support tickets and in most cases, we will resolve your enquiry. Where we are unable to do so, we will escalate your ticket to the relevant third party and then manage the whole process until your support request is resolved.

The same applies to Project Management. Your Account Team is responsible for the planning of all aspects of your project and provision of PRINCE2 Project Management, change control and support services. Third party partners are treated as an extension to Kudos – they are a “resource” and are managed by your Project Consultant.
