“Previously we were having issues with some sales people who were thinking it was okay to discount 0ur products to the point where they were no longer profitable using Zoho what we’ve now been able to do is build in processes which means they can’t do that so when they create the order on the system they have some flexibility to move the price up or down but only by a specified percentage so if we dont want them to discount by more than lets say 10% we can fix that in the system, they can’t process the order if it’s outside the parameters that is critical for profitability” Johnathan Guy, Managing Director, Aqueous Digital.
